About us

Our concept

Established in 2016, Gioia & Co is a Romanian group dedicated to creating innovative concepts in the Horeca industry on the Romanian coast.

Our portfolio includes the following concepts:

  • Gioia Restaurant, opened in 2022, offers an exceptional contemporary cuisine, focused on using fresh and international ingredients, in order to create refined and innovative dishes.
  • Shut up, Beach, active in 2016, is considered the supreme destination on the Romanian coast: restaurant, bar, cocktail bar and private beach.
  • Du Bonheur – Pour Les Gourmands Festival, having the first edition in 2017, is a vibrant gastronomic festival that celebrates not only the delicious food, but also the music. This event brings together talented artists and delicious dishes, giving visitors a unique, full of good mood and an explosion of flavors.

The pleasant atmosphere, elegant terrace, tastefully arranged. The prices are decent for a fancy restaurant, located near the sea. The menu has a slightly restricted variety of dishes, which is not a bad thing. Duck was exceptional, note 10,000 ... One of the best, for example you can hardly find something similar in Bucharest, maybe only in the top restaurants. Instead, a little can be worked on the gasket; Mushrooms can be easily replaced with something else. Overall, the dish is almost perfect. I will come back with pleasure every time I have the opportunity.
